ちゃんこ Chanko

I went to a Chanko restaurant with some old co-workers. Chanko as far as I know is Sumo-wrestler food. Its just a bunch of veggies and meat in a broth that is either Miso, Soy Sauce, or Salt based. But, put it all together = grub!　http://www.chanko-waka.jp/

先日前の会社の連中と久しぶりにちゃんこ鍋を食べに行ってきました。Chanko Dining 若本店に行ってみたら、思ったよりも美味しくってビックリしました。
