Met up with Ito-san. Has been a while, so it was great catching up with him. Always have a good time talking about LA with him.

Went to Blue Note Tokyo to listen to some live Jazz. Great place to chill relax eat and drink. Of course great music.

I may have posted this before. There is a quaint pizza shop along the Azabujyuban shopping street, up towards Roppongi Hills. Probably the best pizza in Tokyo if not the world.

Little unknown seafood shack near the office. Was great! Co-worker suggested the menu, and other co-worker found the place. Great tag team work.

久しぶりの海鮮丼。お昼に850円のちょっとした贅沢。旨かった！

Last night was tired and didn’t feel like cooking at home, so there is this quaint little restaurant bar looking kinda place across the street thats been on my radar for some time. So we decided to go check it out. Turns it it has only one table, and the rest of the seats are counter seats. The menu is full of appetizers and small dishes mostly with fresh seafood. I think I’m gonna grow used to this place. Seems casual enough to hop in anytime, and….. its 5 seconds walking distance from home! What more can I ask for.

昨夜家で作るのがめんどうだったので、ずーっと気になってた家の前にあるお店に行くことにしました。元と書いて「はじめ」って読むらしい。居酒屋？かっぽう？ってな感じのお店。メニューは黒板にかかれてて、多分毎日アップデートされてる。僕の好みのつまみばーっかり！お刺身から炒め物、揚げ物、しめのご飯なり。で、で、で、徒歩５秒！これからもお世話になりそうです。

Started the day out by heading to Roppongi Hills to go eat steamed dumplings.

First beverage of the day being a nice cold draft beer, Happy New Years Eve!

Then it was off to see Avatar in 3D!

Afterwards dinner with friends in Harajyuku

At night it was a visit to Meiji-Jingu Shrine
